Create a Vault Item
A vault item is a secure entry of payment. This information is not stored on a Kicksite server. Instead, the payment information is managed on a secure, PCI compliant system by our payment provider, Solupay. The financial information is never seen nor can it be accessed by Kicksite.
To set up a recurring billing for a student or family, a Vault item must be setup. The item is associated to a student or family.
To create a new vault item, first go to the Billing Dashboard.
From there, hover over 'Vault' and then click on New Vault Item.
Make sure to fill in all of the fields then click the button at the bottom that says 'Add Vault Item'. Your vault item has now been saved.
To see all of the students that have a vault item connected to them, hover over Vault and then click on Vault List.
This brings you to a page where you can see all of the people that have a vault item attached to them. To view the item, click on 'View' to the far right of the item you would like to see. Remember, you will not be able to see the full credit card number for security reasons, but you can see the last 4.
To Edit the vault item, click on 'Edit' to the far right of the item you would like to edit. When Edit is clicked, you will not be able to see any of the credit card information and will need to re-enter all of the required information. Don't forget to click 'Update' at the bottom.
