Kicksite sends a daily transaction report to the studio administrator’s email account. This transaction report will include all detail related to credit card and ACH transactions. Below the Summary is a breakdown by credit cards and checking.
The student or family also received emails regarding their financial transactions. An email confirmation will be sent when a payment is either completed or attempted. If the payment has completed, a summary will be sent. If the payment is declined or failed, the student will be sent an email with a link to Kicksite to correct the payment information as shown below.
