If you are trying to log in and you receive an error that says your account is not active, this could be a couple of different things. You could be listed as inactive in the system. Or it could be that the user account belongs to a family and the primary holder of the user account is no longer an active student. In this case, the user account will need to be closed and then reopened under the active student’s name. Please contact your studio to discuss which of these cases applies to you.
