Communications within Kicksite can be automated for specific instances. Some of these categories include New Students, Absent Students, Expiring Memberships, Expired Memberships, Contact Prospects, Expiring Trial Memberships, Expired Trial Memberships, Upcoming Birthdays, Upcoming Events, Past Due Invoices, and Scheduled Invoices.
When a selection is checked, such as Absent Students in Figure 1, message criteria can be set including first notification, repeat notifications, email reply address, and the content of the message. Please be sure to click Update Automation Settings to save the settings.
