On the main Dashboard for Kicksite, there is an overview of Prospect statuses. This can be used to get a quick update on upcoming appointments, sources for the lead, and prospect status changes. Recent Activity also is a quick glance at any new prospects brought into your studio.

Stages of a Prospect
Once a prospect has been created either through a manually entry in Kicksite or through a lead campaign, an appointment can be set for him or her to visit the studio or start a free trial. At the top of the Prospects screen, a complete count is visible according to the stage of the Prospect. In Figure 2, there are 63 Leads, 0 Appointments, and 7 Trials. Please note that when the Prospect is no longer viable, the Prospect can be archived by click Archive under the Prospect status bar.

The Active Prospects is a section of the software that will allow a martial arts studio to manage the Active Prospects. Owners/managers can view the status of active prospective students. This includes trial membership information, set appointments, how the prospect learned of the studio, and contact information.
The menu categories are sortable by clicking on the header graphics shown directly above the student list. In the example below, note that Leads are white, Appointments are yellow, and Trials are green. This enables quick identifications of each prospect’s status. The right side of the screen also indicates the prospect status as well as the active or archived status. Finally, on the upper right corner of the Prospects page is a link to create a new prospect.
