The Trial Membership section is a convenient place to monitor all prospects that have signed up for trial memberships. The prospective students’ information included in this section will indicate the trial begin and end dates as well as the number of attendances.
Creating a Trial Membership can be done right from the Prospect’s account.

Setting Trial Membership Attendances
Trial memberships can be set to expire on a certain date or by the number of attendances allowed for the membership. This allows the studio to flexibility regarding how to manage the Trial.

For more detailed information on attendances, select Trial Memberships from the menu. This list can be exported to Excel through the link in the upper right corner of the list of trial memberships. This screen gives a manager a quick glance at the start and end dates, attendance counts, attendance limits, and the status of the Trial Membership.

Important Information at a Glance
On the Prospect’s account screen, information such as payments, invoices, events, Trial Membership dates, and any appointments or tasks can be found as shown in Figure 4 and 5.

Trial Attendance Log
Trial Memberships can be monitored by viewing the Trial Attendance Log from the Prospects menu item. Prospects that have been converted simply appear as Prospect Converted. If the prospect is still in the Trial Membership and has not converted to a student, the name of the prospect will appear and be an active link to click on to view more information about the prospect.
