Using the Attendance Log, Kicksite makes it easy to track your student attendances. To reach the Attendance Log, hover over the Attendance tab and click on Attendance Log.
From this page, you can track, search, and add attendances. The Log defaults to show all of the check-ins for that day and the information available is the students name, the date of attendance, the time of the attendance, the students rank, and program that they were checking in for. There is also a delete button to allow you to remove an attendance as needed.
At the top right of this page is a green button that says Add new attendance. This gives you the ability to add an attendance for a student. Clicking this button brings up a menu that allows you to add a quantity (number of classes), select a student to add the attendance for, choose the program for the attendance, and add a specific date and time for the check-in. When this information has been entered make sure to click the Add Attendance button.
Below the Add new attendance button is the Search Attendances box. From here, you can choose the attendances that you want displayed in the field on the left. Click on the drop down list to select check-ins from as little as the past 30 minutes or as far out as the last month. You can also select a specific date range by clicking Custom. Furthermore, you can also filter your attendances by program and rank. Once you have chosen your filters, click on Search Attendances.
